What is Perilous Petz
Perilous Petz is a future on-chain, multi-game beginning in Peril City, where the Petz who occupy the city are entrenched in an everlasting battle for supremacy. Most recently with Mutant Petz who have invaded the city and joined the grueling battle. Tensions are high between the Petz and Mutantz…is a massive understatement while both sides race to the top of $PERIL leaderboard and vie for control of the city.
Petz Lore
In a distant city tucked deep in the Metaverse, Petz have eradicated humankind and now reign supreme. The only threat to their ascendancy is themselves... well, kind of. Urban legend has it there’s a contagion that causes a mutation among adult Petz which causes them to grow bigger, stronger and more menacing. If left unchecked, these mutants could very well take over Peril City! The only thing stopping them are the apex creatures of Peril City, the Elder Petz who originally fought to liberate the Petz and overthrow their oppressive human owners.
Now, the Mutantz have issued a challenge: A hard battle for control of Peril City. The Petz have accepted, which means the Elder Petz are all that stand in the way of the Mutantz and their rapidly spreading plague. As both sides enter the Worlds, the Elders outnumber the Mutantz who know they must make make quick work of their non-mutant enemies if they wish to have any chance at victory.
Perilous Petz is an innovative P2E game. Only the original 7,777 total Petz will have the ability to produce token for their owners. Perilous Petz introduces fun games and advanced tokenomics that allow the player to breed more NFTs, mutate existing ones and will also involve high stake mechanisms that allow some players to acquire other player's tokens.
Perilous Petz Mechanics
There will be a total of 7,777 Petz in two collections, Genesis and Exodus that will be minted for 0.1 ETH & .077 ETH each, respectively. This will be our initial start in Peril City. There will be multiple phases with new NFT's introduced each time which will ultimately lead to the battle between Elder Petz and Mutantz.
